Cancellation Policy
The Original Hair Lounge requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. Per our policy, The Original Hair Lounge requires 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In the event we are in the window of your reservation, The Original Hair Lounge will charge a 50% cancellation fee with the credit card on file of the service booked for any no shows or cancellations and may require a deposit to rebook.
